Muscles At Top Inner Thigh Near Groin Hurting A Lot. Think It’s From Standing A Lot This Week With So Many Appointments. Anyone Get This?
I’ve been working out for 3 yrs light weights and cardio stretching is a must though been feeling so good there’s still times my muscles ache very important to get enough magnesium and amino acids for muscle recovery lots of water too for hydration also tweaked diet not eating foods that cause inflammation been feeling so much better and sleeping better
I used to feel pain in the groin area but it is gone as my fibromyalgia improves. I also had pain around the sit bone areas. It was a depressing situation because it made social life difficult - having a meal, seeing a movie and driving were all painful events. The condition gradually got better as the overall pain level slowly decreased (over 3 years at least). Now I can sit comfortably for a long flight. I still occasionally feel some faint pain in the sitting area when I am tired but it doesn't bother me anymore because I know it will get better after some rest.
Yes, I get pain right where the top of my legs meet my pelvis. My PT showed me the Thomas stretch, it does help me. You can find videos of it on YouTube. Hope you’re feeling better soon ❤️
Vic Chang yes the pain appreared a month ago, it's like my leg is catching on the muscle, very painful, sometimes getting up.. I think since I have been wearing slippers instead of my Rockport shoes indoors may be the cause,too.
