We all get irritated by weather and seasons and bunch else.

Pretty effing shitty to live thru ; I agree!
I think most of us would agree.

Hips or ankles or shoulders or hands or feet. Elbows and knees and ankles. I'm forgetting parts lol

Has anyone noticed this hip pain worsening with the change in weather, or seasons? Mine has definitely worsened this fall.

You're okay Leslie. I probably come across as cranky so I'm the one that should say I'm sorry. I'm just so tired from never getting a good night's rest because of this pain in the butt. But I have hope. Never give up. Keep trying! Everyone is giving some good advice about foam rolling, Etc.
