Members exploring ways to manage fatigue emphasized that while nothing works perfectly for everyone, many have found relief through a combination of regular movement (even gentle stretching or short walks), B vitamins, vitamin D3, magnesium, and caffeine from coffee or matcha tea. Several members stressed the importance of getting vitamin D levels tested before supplementing, as deficiency is common but toxicity is possible with excessive doses, while others mentioned prescription medications like Sunosi and Modafinil for severe daytime sleepiness. A recurring theme was that small, consistent habits like eating less sugar, prioritizing quality sleep, getting morning sunlight, and giving yourself grace on low-energy days can collectively make a meaningful difference in battling chronic fatigue.

Yerba mate, coffee, tea if you can do the caffeine. Lots of supplements to try too like Shelley mentioned with the b vitamins and the exercises and eating healthy.
If it's possible getting enough sleep and waking up and getting the light from the sun rise in your eyes helps to keep the circadian rhythm in check.
My go to is the healthy food and caffeine. Exercise can be hit or miss depending how hard I'm pushing myself.

I take vitamin B complex, vitamin D3 with K2, magnesium, collagen, calcium and a few others. I get moving. Eat healthy! Everyone is different but for now it’s helping.

You have to be taking a lot of vitamin d before it becomes toxic. Unless you live at the equator, most people are vitamin d deficient, especially if you aren't getting much sun
