Members strongly related to the question about weak, shaky, and wobbly legs with loss of sensation in the knees, describing how their legs shake during walks, feel unsteady, or sometimes give out completely. Several members shared practical coping strategies including modifying movements (like bending differently instead of squatting), using a grocery cart or walking aid for stability, and considering medications to control shakiness, while one member suggested the symptoms might be related to central nervous system issues and recommended an MRI to rule out more serious conditions. A recurring theme was the shared frustration of unpredictable leg weakness and the importance of adapting daily activities to prevent falls while managing these challenging symptoms.

Friday night my leg started to give way while walking. At least it didn't give away completely so I managed to not fall. But there were times when my leg would give away completely one time I was in the grocery store and luckily I was holding on to the cart that was the only thing that kept me from going down.

If I squat down too long then my legs will get wobbly and start to shake. So I just have trained myself to bend down differently.
