I have had Fibro for many years (I think all my life). My solutions are not to try to do everything at one time. It helps that it is just two of us. I do laundry on Monday & Friday. I only do one load a day. I do towels and bedding on other days. I do the dishwasher daily a little at a time. I also use OTC pain topical. Arnica, Ice Blue, whatever works. Be certain to read the instructions. My husband helps if I need it. Lifting laundry from washer to dryer. I also invested in a rolling laundry basket.

I also have several emotional issues I deal with. Stay strong and treat yourself well.
Love yourself daily!

I’m sorry your husband is not supportive Sarah it’s a added major stress on top of every thing else you have to deal with. If you do deep breathing for five minutes your blood pressure will drop by ten points Sarah. Take care.
