Members related strongly to the question about fibromyalgia pain moving around the body, with the overwhelming consensus being that shifting, unpredictable pain is a hallmark of the condition. Several members described pain that travels between joints, legs, back, neck, and even teeth, with some noting it camps in one area for months before moving on. A recurring theme was the emotional weight of not knowing where pain will strike next, along with practical coping tips like hot showers, lemon balm tincture, and frankincense salve, plus hopeful news about two new fibro medications potentially available by end of 2025.

Yes it does take all over your body & deep depression comes with it

Definitely have moving pain! I call it my radiating pain. Usually around joints. Feels like sharp deep pain that changes places every few seconds. That's when I stand in a hot shower. I use a couple droppers of lemon balm tincture under the tongue. It helps some. I have started making a frankincense salve for pain that works well.

Yes I have overall pain, aches and weakness but it seems to also focus on one area and then flare up for forever how long it wants to and then it goes somewhere else and flares up madly there too. Sometimes two areas at once or more.
It's a Rover for me for sure.
