Sorry your feeling so I’ll Lucy I hope the migraines pass. If I go to the toilet and start straining I stop and use a suppository. These work in minutes increase the amount of water in the bowel and hey presto. Fortunately normally I am okay. Take care.

The direct link between the two illnesses is still being studied. Contemporary research continues to link migraines to GI disorders⁶, such as inflammatory bowel syndrome and irritable bowel syndrome. Serotonin also has long been known to be a common denominator between headaches and diarrhea.

Hope you feel better, I also get this, days without, then I live in the washroom. I have found weetabix helps me when I can't go. But I think the days of cramps hurt me more. I am afraid to go anywhere in case!
Does anyone else have this ?
