Yeah I do Trevor. In more places they just my knee.
Do you get yours at any particular point during the day? I tend to get them at night.

No never had that. Have you tried taking magnesium? It works for restless leg maybe it will help that as well. You know what I am going to take that back I sometimes do get like an electrical zap just above my knee it doesn't happen to often and it hurts LOL! I usually and a fibro cream on the spot and get up and walk around which helps.
