I’ve been having this alot recently. Guessing this has to do with fibro. I get prickly sensations and even some numbness at times. Mostly in my legs and feet but sometimes in my arms as well.

After many years of fibro/chronic fatigue experience and research I feel that my nervous system does malfunction and pain reaction that often feels like pricklies and pins-needles is the brain misfiring and overeacting to stimuli in quite unpredictable ways. My shooting pains in random areas is more likely to happen when I eat food that I'm sensitive to such as sugar and gluten, am under stress, don't get rest, etc., as well weather changes and light sensitivities. It's really hard to diagnose. I do think that mediation, reiki and other body work such as craniosacral massage have helped my manage this, As well, I take Tramadol that also keeps it under control.

When I’m laying down I’m prickly all over, my legs are worse. The only way I can stop it from happening is to wiggle…kind of hard to get to sleep with all that movement happening 😆
