Members shared lots of creative ways to flavor water, with lemon juice, cucumber slices, herbal teas, and electrolyte tablets being among the most popular choices. Several members noted health-related reasons behind their choices, including preventing kidney stones, managing dry mouth, and staying hydrated while on medications, with some avoiding tea entirely due to stone concerns. A recurring theme was the search for variety since plain or lemon water gets boring over time, and members enthusiastically swapped ideas like fruit infuser pitchers, HINT water, cold brew herbal tea, and Soda Stream flavors.

i drink a lot because all my medication makes my mouth dry so i brought a soda stream and the different water flavours but i some times put in lemon & lime juice with ice so my water tastes different and fresh

I just remembered that amazon sells a pitcher with a insert that has openings you can put fruit it. I have used that on several occasions.

I drink the flavored enhanced waters called HINT water. They have a number of flavors and supposedly don't have any sugar or additives.

Slices of fresh lime in the glass taste great and refreshing.

I used to drink tea all the time but after several years of kidney stones, I stopped. Haven't had a kidney stone since
