Fibro often causes dry skin. Make sure you stay hydrated; drink plenty of water, eat fruits and vegetables and steer clear of fast foods. Try using a a natural, fragrance-free moisturizing lotion on your skin. Dry skin can become itchy and uncomfortable so it's important we take care of it.

My hands, finger tips, heals and lips all crack sooo badly! I often exfoliate and file it down but it just seems to come back so quickly all the time 😣
