After the face trouble I was feeling really sick Did anyone had something of that
Has this happened more than once? If so, it might be your pillow or sleeping position. But dude, that could have been a mini stroke! My mom had them all the time. Her face and lips would go numb, but then it would fade hours later. It happened 3 times when she was staying with me so we took her to the ER. They confirmed mini strokes. It didn't make her face droop at all so I wasn't sure, but to be safe we went to ER. Glad we did. Ended up after months of tests, they finally found a small artery on the back of the heart was clogged, but surgery would be hard so they left it alone and put her on meds. Then she had a full stroke. They found her heart valve wasn't working. She had surgery on that and the heart surgery was a success. You need to get it checked out.
I have had many moments, full days and/or full nights where I was- still am- terrified whatever crazy thing(s) my body is doing.
I unfortunately with all my health problems and extreme pain etc have developed quite the anxiety and panic attacks.
There's been so many times I have gone to the ER and turns out it's nothing- well at least not an emergency anyhow.
My whole journey actually started with a kidney stone that got stuck in my ureter and required surgery to get it our.
And a long ass story after that.
I'm sorry for all your scary moments any of you are having to go through.
I wish there was a way to calm our fears, it doesn't help we (sometimes) get names for whatever is plaguing us , it does suck that when you look up studies and such- not much has been done in the realm of Fibro. From actual symptoms, to finding the causes and also long term possibilities, to how we've all heard it could be triggered (like it's a bomb waiting in us) by some other health problem, emotional distress / trauma etc.
I wish I could take your fear away, I'm pretty sure I can say- we all do.
No one should be scared-
Especially by they're own body
Biggest hugs to you all.
And I hope you find relief if anything else from what you're going through.
Big air hugs!
Get to a doctor. This could be so serious. Don’t want to be alarming, but at leadt call an abvice nurse, please.
