Eloise,
That used to happen more often than not, to me. About 3 years ago, I bought a new bed, mattress, and gel/memory foam topper. It helped me a lot. Now, I don't have near as many painful mornings in my hips, legs and back. The pain I do have, is usually from from an ailment, or doing something I shouldn't.🙄
Maybe try a mattress topper?
Much less expensive than mattress and topper.

I'm sorry that happened to you.

From what I've seen there's everyone from all walks of life, backgrounds, genders, ages- those just diagnosed to those who have had it for decades.

I can't promise what works for me or anyone else will help you- but I can say there's lots of us and you're bound to find a friend or 2 who understands at the very least.

I've found myself similar. It's like all my muscles have been in such pain they have just locked up. I lay there trying to move something. My heart goes out to you
