I'm saying some of the symptoms are comparable, not the same. Dementia is progressive and causes damage. Brain fog still has the same kind of cognitive issues. Although there's plenty of research available on how long term repeating inflammation can cause damage. That's why it's important to learn your triggers so you can help avoid adding unnecessary stress to your system.

Brain dog and dementia is totally different. Brain fog can come and go.

Have you heard of the term brain fog? It's comparable to dementia. There can be triggers too like allergy season, weather, and foods.
The first time I quit all gluten products was amazing at how much more clear my mind became.

Definitely. I particularly notice it when thinking about vacations. I can remember the country, but not the names of specific cities and towns.after we get back.
