I carry dramamine pills with me all the time bec of this sudden dizziness. I never could tell when it comes. The cold sensation is a mystery and I still don’t have pills for that one. I already take B12 vitamins and still get cold randomly. So I have thick jackets and socks. FM is so strange and it does have so many different symptoms.

Fibromyalgia can have over 200 different symptoms and fibro effects everyone differently, some have it severely wide spread such as myself and others may just experience minor symptoms in one area .
