I use Kratom for my fibro pain as well as my rheumatoid arthritis. I am thankful for it as it lets me do the things I need to do on a day to day basis. It helps manage my pain without taking pain meds Or feeling lightheaded, tipsy, etc... It is very important when you are purchasing Kratom to purchase it from a supplier, who has their products tested for any impurities. Never buy from like a convenience store type place. When you’re looking at Kratom, any type of red strain is going to be great for pain. Green Would be the next best. I tend to alternate between the two. Start with a very small amount and increase bit by bit until you find out what a good amount for yourself is. If you would like I can give you the name of the place I order from online. Maeng Da tends to be more potent than various other types. Generally, you’ll see it at labeled as a red MD and also green MD. Before I started I spent about a month just doing research as it can be a controversial thing. So what I did was, I went to the actual scientific research studies and read the results. If you depend on articles often times, unfortunately what you get is more based on the opinion of the person writing it. That’s just my personal opinion which is why I chose to go straight to the research itself. It can be mildly addicting, but nowhere near what other addictive substances can be like. When I take a break from it to help from building up too much of a tolerance I get a little irritable, but that’s about it. if you have any other questions, I’ll be happy to talk to you about it. I have been taking it for about 6 to 7 years now. I’m grateful that I found it. I hope this helps.
