I had more pain when going through menopause 🩷

I'm not sure if the Fibromyalgia started first or menopause. That time period was so hectic with raising teenage daughters alone, and caring for my 84yr old mom.
I had to quit working due to the pain and migraines that started in with a vengeance. I do recieve disability due to Fibro and migraine. It was a blur called life.
It's a blur... 😉

Menopause actually brought some relief. I didn't have PMS, cramps or hormonal seesaws anymore. I am dealing with the rest much better.
