A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Some days I fall asleep on the couch and my Mom texted me, I heard the text but went to respond and it came out a partial sentence and then just gibberish, just random letters. I tried again and the same thing happened, the third time I just stopped mid sentence. Does this have anything to do with my Fibro? A friend said it's called aphasia, but isn't that just having a stroke? I don't think it's that. Weird.

If I have a nap at the weekend only chance as I work during the week. Then I wake felling drugged or what I imagine it would feel like to have been out drinking a lot of alcohol, but I've never drank so wouldn't know. I feel so drowsy it's awful, but was told that's my chronic fatigue

Yes check your oxygen levels & if you also have sleep apnea ?

Most people will not see there full symptoms,
Plus with fibromyalgia it’s a condition you must learn your own symptoms not other people’s also check your thinking out deflect the pain by deflecting brain thoughts to you protective system in your body ….
Pain is a thought process so you can amplify your pain by thinking to much .
I’ve learned how to deflect my pain & focus on positive reactions,
But fibromyalgia as a great way of masking its self as other conditions so share your experience your not going mad we are all individuals & suffer in different ways some people like me who’s done boxing can deflect pain others can’t mines more fibro fog confusion stiffness & energy levels I can’t cope with & end up in places & don’t know why ?
If this sounds like you get intouch ,
Plus the backs of my hands play up before & after a flare up kTF jb aka uncle Buck x

In addition, I was scrolling thru comments and there was someone who said Fibro can be cured. Another person said something about possible MS. I was diagnosed in 2015 by a specialist. There are 18 points to test and I had 18/18. I continued to see other specialists, one an MS specialist and the report was no MS but definitely Fibro. That day I was 12/18. I also saw a specialist for my stomach pain and why I always have diarrhea. Again, prognosis was Fibro. So to the person who says she knows a cure, please advise. There are many symptoms I have but they've all been diagnosed as stemming from my Fibro. I've been to so many specialists, even one for Lupus as I needed to pin point my issues rather than just a term Fibromyalgia. Guess what? It's Fibromyalgia. So again, the person who says they know a cure, I'm awaiting your response!
