What Do People Take For Nausea? (If They Get It)
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

My nausea isn’t constant but when I do get it, it lasts for days and makes me feel so so unwell, also paired with dizziness/lightheaded. I find taking anti-sickness medication doesn’t help and in fact makes it worse because this side effects make me even more dizzy. Any tips please? :)

Dried ginger pieces. The candied ginger is more expensive and has more calories. They also sooth a sore throat and stuffy nose. No side effects.

Since my fibromyalgia got worse I often get nausea, I also pinpointed it down to drinking tea, so I've had to stop drinking it,
