Set aside specific symptoms, do you get headache breathlessness, tummy pain, nausea and fatigue all at once for example ?

Fatigue and depression are my worst things to deal with
I can gut the pain, the brain fog, the cramp, the back ache, the swollen sore feet, everything because I can still force myself to do some things
But if I’m depressed and tired
I don’t move

Are you drinking enough water? I’m told two ounces for every pound you weigh . I believe that’s what he said.
Magnesium is so good for everything and lack of it can cause symptoms of every sort
