Try to sleep in a "V" - with feet + head & neck elevated, 'butt' down... it'll help with the stiffness in the am.... as electrolytes are drawn to the lowest level via gravity when prone. Also sip - very, very slowly Electrolyte Powder in water over several hours during the day..... we're chronically dehydrated typically.
Hi yes, most nights... more especially recently.
I try and do acupressure points to calm everything down.
Sending Warm wishes your way 🙏
I've had panic attacks during the day & night at night it's with nightmares. Please be aware that meds can have all kinds of side effects even when they say, oh that med won't cause that type side effect. Last bad time I had was with plaquenil & I tried it several times on & off as the Dr kept saying it was not the problem but guess what, it was. Nightmares, racing heart, high blood pressure at night & panic attacks during the day. Also, I had taken Xanax for years at night to help me sleep & I discovered it can have a reverse affect after being in it for years where it actually causes anxiety. My Dr changed me to lorazepam & it helped for a while but I think it started having the same effect especially during the day when I took it at night. There are so many stories I could tell you about med side effects after having tried the whole gamut over 40 years of battling fibro. You have to be your own advocate & read & keep a log if what meds you start & stop & research any possible side effects if you start having problems.
Yes unfortunately
No I just jump up and try to calm down. I have called 911 a few times and have gone to the ER.
