Thank you all—sincerely!

The worst part of fibromyalgia is all of the mystery symptoms that can easily double for other illnesses (problems that shouldn’t be ignored). So you spend all your time trying to figure out if the symptom is fibromyalgia or something else

It can be positional... check "NMH" for mechanism (= Neurally Mediated Hypotension) but happens more typically upon standing for a while. Might be you're lying flat, so your Electrolytes are seeping out via gravity from your cells.... suggest raising feet & head/shoulders when prone.... with wedges (or on recliner)... per Dr. Klimas (Nova Univ, Fla). Also drink - very, very slowly - one Electrolyte replenishment powder packet in water per day.

Yes, I get them occasionally when I'm trying to nap. Not sure if it's anxiety induced. 💜
