I just went to my functional doc 2 days ago for feeling like I had been hit by a truck. Had covid really bad in 2021 and haven't been right since. Was diagnosed with fibro in 2018. Doc said 2 days ago ppl with fibro are hit differently and more aggressive with everything especially COVID. Sigh....
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2015. I’m now reading that it has become a condition many people are being diagnosed with after Long Covid as well as an adverse reaction to the vaccine.
Fortunately I haven’t had many flare ups since this whole craziness started.
It's frustrating to navigate this disorder and yet everything hits harder. Then there's menopause lol
That had been my experience as well 🥲
Yep! Pain on right side started almost immediately after my 2nd jab. Looking back I'd had symptoms other than pain for years, but it was all dismissed. The pain element is what led me to a definitive diagnosis back in summer 2020
