Listening to bineral beat from YouTube helps with calming overthinking. Also brown noise is great.

I have the same oroblem im 75 also and afraid of dying but relaxing and friends help its hard but try to deal with it mindfulness helps a lot

Jenny.. I use this app that I downloaded on my phone called encounter meditation. It helped me to fall asleep. This one is a christian app, but there are several meditation apps available. I hope this will help you 🙏🏾
