I have this a lot but it's all over my body so I jump around like a flea. It can go on for hours though, the only way to stop it is 10ml of Morphine (Oramorph) it works for me.

Foot reflexology could probably help with that. If you get a foot massage map, you will see that there are corresponding parts of the body in different areas of the foot and 15 pressure points. This is usually something you can do yourself to relieve the pain or sensation. My grand father was as expert at this. I was lucky enough to get many wonderful foot massages. 💜

Used to have that all the time. It would make my jump and would hit in random times and places. Gabapentin has helped me lot with that problem.
