My doctor wanted me to lose weight and so he prescribed me phentermine but only for 30 days. The first two weeks was fine and I lost about 10 pounds but then after that, I stopped losing weight. so it did not work for me, but I did continue to try other things to lose weight. At the moment, I am focused on making sure I can manage the every day pain. Every now and then I try to do a diet but it’s been very hard.

If your insurance will cover it mounjaro is amazing. I have heard different things about ozempic so do your research forsure. I have lost almost 25 lbs so I know it works with no side effects for me. You do have to make sure you eat because it will make your sugar drop if you are diabetic. Do not take adipex. You will gain what you lost and then some. That would be something for a temporary thing. I would not recommend that to anyone. Also have your thyroid checked as well. I have hypothyroidism which causes weight gain because metabolism slows with it. Worth checking into.
