Shoes And FM

I thought I had bad feet and bad shoes, which would make everything hurt, right? Dr. said no, you have great feet. Then why is it the last time I wore dress shoes, I threw them in the garbage when i got home? From standing too much! Yikes, gimme a stool. I'll buy it myself! Back to the subject: who still wears cute shoes, and if not, what? (M/F/X can answer)

I get Orthotics & special shoes with more space for my feet from a foot specialist called a Pedorthist, or Chiropodist.

I wear New Balance990v5 with Spenco cross trainer insoles & Dr. Scholes matatarsel pad added. You can use any insole that suits you. The shoes give you good balance & support. They last forever.

I have orthotic insoles from a Foot Care Clinic & shoes are wide & more upper toe room as one foot has bent toes.

I don't wear cute shoes anymore the last time I wore cute shoes I had a bad fall. So I don't wear anything but athletic shoes
