Hi my advice is to go back to your doctor as I don’t think anyone here is qualified to say even though there are many knowledgeable people on the site!

Your symptoms should tell you if you need further care. It is very hard to get a problem back under control. I agree, go back to your dr and discuss. If you find the need seek out a second option. Good Luck.
