@A MyFibroTeam Member I love Monk Fruit and use "Monk Fruit in the Raw" brand. I too can't use anything with erythritol in it. They have one that does have erythritol in it so steer clear of that one. The one I use only has Maltodextrin and Monk Fruit Extract. Have used this for over 2 years now with no colon issues. It's getting harder to find lately. Hope you can find some to try! Take care, Linda

It's sold on Amazon if you specify no erythritol you can find it pure.

Allulose and erythritol both make me flare. And I hear stevia affects ones hormones.
