All my symptoms were far more intense during menopause. Less so now, but it might be that I've learned better coping skills.

hormones definately play a part,, i have been post menopausal for over a decade but this week went back to hot flashes ,, weepy, crabby,, and horrible muscle pain,, i feel like our bodies still spit hormones at times causing the pain,, but i dont really have proof this is all hormone related,, although i started with the fibro pain in my 40's way before i started menopause so who knows
