My meds makes it harder for me, but I find taking probiotic + drinking a lot of water + fruits & salads helps.
Also stay away from white foods….white rice, bread, pasta. Switch to brown rice and pasta and a stoneground wheat bread. These all contipate

I have had this problem for many years. I use powdered Magnesium, and liquid trace minerals and sometimes powered Potassium. I prefer to use the plain powders and make my own capsules in order to avoid filters and flow agents.
A friend who has fibro uses prunes everyday.
I hope you find a good healthy easy way to keep yours in check.
OMG yes my pain meds and others make it way worst. I do a stool softer and fiber and a tea. But a week ago I started putting a little coconut oil in my coffee. Trying to figure out the right combination of over the couter products is frustrating.
