My meds makes it harder for me, but I find taking probiotic + drinking a lot of water + fruits & salads helps.
Also stay away from white foods….white rice, bread, pasta. Switch to brown rice and pasta and a stoneground wheat bread. These all contipate
Nope - Fibro did the opposite for me for many years !! I, with the help of diet restrictions, am now OK. I find, for me, if my gut is good, the rest follows !!

I have had this problem for many years. I use powdered Magnesium, and liquid trace minerals and sometimes powered Potassium. I prefer to use the plain powders and make my own capsules in order to avoid filters and flow agents.
A friend who has fibro uses prunes everyday.
