1. Check prescription and OTC med side effects.
2. Wear allergy friendly loose clothing.
Cotton, silk, bamboo.
3. Use allergen free laundry soap and hand soap.
4. Put a water filter in your shower.
5. Monitor your diet for new allergies or get food allergy testing.
5. If it persists have your doctor run a liver and kidney panel and see a dermatologist.

Benadryl helps me. It can make you sleepy, tho. I take it at bedtime. OTC creams or your dr can order a stronger cortisone cream. God Bless
