I’ve been put on a diet here is a pict of the can and can not have. I’m trying to figure out snacks, and drink recipes if anyone can help it’s been tough for 2.5 weeks now.
One meal a day is crazy and this diet is full of juices which in themselves have a lot of natural sugar. Natural sugars are high in carbs which leads to weight gain. Endocrinologists tell patients that you are better off eating 4 - 6 smaller portions than 3 main meals a day.
Have you seen a qualified dietitian?
try apple carrots and spinach. if your blender can’t handle raw carrots try cooking and refrigerating them. you can add water or a non dairy milk for emulsion. sometimes for a little protein I’ll do natural peanut or nut butter a banana and almond milk or soy milk. be sure to read the labels on your non dairy milks. some have sugar and some have no sugar.
Also For a snack when you crave a little sweet you can chop and apple add stevia and cinnamon and cook in the microwave…I’ve also make chocolate bars with coconut oil, stevia, cocoa powder and chopped nuts. just bring to a quick boil so it all blends together then pot it in a sprayed pan and refrigerate. it is an acquired taste but when you are on a zero sugar diet it’s a savior!
