Shoulder pain

My right shoulder has been in constant pain for the last 4 years. Shots,nothing,PT 30 sessions nothing, made it worse. Went to a new dr. Had an MRI nothing significant. So now what. Another shot in the back if shoulder,pain still there. Whew I'm at wits end. Stopped all crafting,sewing,quilting😢

I have shoulder pain due to herniated disks in lower neck maybe have that checked out I also was diagnosed with osteoarthritis on both sides of my lower neck
