Who finds that hot baths, showers etc. can take away your pain? For me, it feels like heaven.

Helps while I’m in the hot water but when I get out it’s back in about 2 min

Yes me too I can't sit in bath but love the shower hot I feel so much lighter and less pain lovely

Sorry to hear that. Is it a bath or shower you take? Wonder about hot tubs. I really do wonder what type of water treatment is best. Aqua therapy? Many hugs sent to you.
