Its That Time Of The Month
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Do any of you ladies find yourself more tired and or light headed when its "that time of the month?" I've been to the Dr. but, I can never get a straight answer or any kind of diagnosis. I'm so frustrated I always end up pained for at least 3 days in bed. Not only is there cramps but, a level 10 flare up ( 1-10, 10 being the absolute worse) Any remedies that work for y'all?

Yes, I am trying to see if there is something more like Endo or PCOS but all I get told is to "go on birth control" but that gives me worse side effects :( it's really hard to find the answers and advocate for myself when the doctor seems to down play the symptoms.

Hi

Yes unfortunately I suffer from extreme PMDD symptoms. I do believe this is linked to my other conditions causing each other to flare up😩 Doctor has prescribed Fluxotine as a second treatment option for me but iam Hesitant due to last treatment Desogestrel affecting my mental health disorders 🥴

Sending you love 💞
