I have constant knots and I have to use a massager to constantly work them out from head to toe. My muscle relaxers don't seem to work for this and I take them every 4 hours. This very much runs my days and makes me exhausted and I can't massage them every day it's just too exhausting.
Try a foam roller.
Gummies help me.
Also they are call myofascial fibers. People that are very sedentary get them. But I donβt go strong but I donβt lay in bed all the time either. I have myofascial syndrome. In the same ball park as fibromyalgia. They said I had both. Ugh π© Hope that helps. Add me if you want to talk more about those little suckers. π
I have them everywhere. I get a masssge every 2 weeks. I have a roller to use on my legs and my IT band. I use a tens unit on them. They hurt a lot. Once I get them under control I fell much better. Just had a bad week with them then had a bad flare up. I think they might be a clue for me. Iβm going down that path as well. Good luck with them hun ππ
