Skin Sensitivity
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone here have to have a blanket on them to sleep even when it's hot outside due to your skin just being so sensitive you cannot sleep, (when you do sleep), without it? It can't be too light of a blanket either for me. And it doesn't matter if it's 100* out. I still need it to be able to sleep.

Yep. No matter the weather I need to have some sort of covering for me to be able to settle. Then I need one foot out as well

When my pain gets to be too much I soak for awhile in the tub. It seems to relax me some so I can sleep.

Yes. My skin hurts from cold. I have night sweats, menopause, but I still wake up cold. Can't even get in my pool cuz the cold hurts! Gotta have some sort of cover tho. Your not alone.
