How do you get your significant other to understand your fibromyalgia?

Oh my. I was just about to ask this question as well.
It took education through non biased communication, for me. I had to leave the “I feel “ out of the conversation at first for him to learn the basics of what fibro is. Doctors diagnoses was a good place to start.
