I don't like measuring and Counting carbs or anything for that matter when it has to do with food. I just know that there are some vegetables that also have high carbs like beans, Etc. For me, I think in terms of no grains, no granulated sugar or sugar alcohols, no peanuts. If I do eat beans I make sure I don't eat a lot and make sure that they have been soaked the night before. Yes, I definitely feel a lot less arthritis , especially the kind of arthritis that makes it hard to walk if I stay away from grains. There are some grains I can have and that would be Millet and sorghum. I only found one bread that meets this criteria. So I'm falling back on certain keto bars that are semi okay to eat and some fruits because I crave sugar for energy. PS sometimes I can eat white rice and rice noodles, Etc I'm okay but not brown rice. I still have my soft tissue issues and I have to stretch all day long different positions. I also have to wear a TENS machine. Don't know if I answered your question but that's the best I can do right now with an explanation.

I have to stay around two carbs a day or my indigestion/GERD acts up.
