Struggling To Get Comfy At Night
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Yet another night up and down. Legs throbbing cannot get comfy. No matter which side I lay on it hurts. Really struggling with the broken sleep, my legs are so irritable find my self getting up just to ease it, so draining,

I went through this for about 2 months, but now it has eased tremendously. I would also get up during the night to try to walk it off inside the house. I was exhausted those 2 months from pain and sleep deprivation. I'm uncertain if it's the gabapentin my neurologist put me on (I take a low dose at night) or if my flare has finally eased, but I'm so grateful whatever the reason. I hope you get some relief soon, too!

I totally understand. I have anxious legs a lot and it’s so frustrating. I get up and try to distract myself from my body or massage them. Hang in there💜
