KimberlyJoyOlsen I used to take a short nap for about 30 min when I got home and that was just enough to refresh me. I you sleep longer it makes you feel drowsy for the rest of the day. It kind of gives you a boost of energy to get through the rest of the day

Before I retired as a Hospice CNA, I struggled with my job. I took care of one patient and had to rest. When I went on disability Dr’s had me on all kinds of meds that made feel like a zombie. I end up going off all those meds and tried Low Dose Naltrexone which helped with fatigue and fibromyalgia fog. There is a support group on Facebook with LDN users. Research it and see if this med can help you continue to work with some energy.
