It's not a stupid question but a very relevant one. Despite Medical Experts stating otherwise. I personally find it does worsen with age. My mobility seems to decrease more and more as I get older. Alot of things become more difficult for my body to tolerate.
yes it does get worse when we age. I have found that if I try to walk at least 3500 feet in Walmart or at home I feel better. The weather is what makes mine worse. Right now in central Fl the weather is 87 but feels loke 102 plus the hum is at 65.0% I have to use my inhaler for my asthma and stay indoors but that is hard when you have dogs that need to o outside. When I go outside I end up coming back in and laying down for accouple of hours sometime I go to sleep. At night I take hot shower and put a lidocaine patch and take my pain pills.
Like everyone else I have good days and bad days
Unfortunately it gets worse. Flares are more frequent and longer. New, previously not painful areas get involved in flares. In 10 years, there are hardly any part on my body which is not in pain. From scalp, earlobes, throat, fingers, arms, legs, ribs, shoulders, jaw, everything. Burns, stiff, electric shock sensation, tremors, sharp pain, numbness, cramps, feels like encased in cement, pressed and compressed in a vice. It started out like little aches and pains, like after exercise muscle aches, then from then on the pain quickly diversified and rotated from place to place. Stronger, longer. Anxiety, depression and insomnia got worse with it.
For me it has with each decade💖
