It's not a stupid question but a very relevant one. Despite Medical Experts stating otherwise. I personally find it does worsen with age. My mobility seems to decrease more and more as I get older. Alot of things become more difficult for my body to tolerate.
yes it does get worse when we age. I have found that if I try to walk at least 3500 feet in Walmart or at home I feel better. The weather is what makes mine worse. Right now in central Fl the weather is 87 but feels loke 102 plus the hum is at 65.0% I have to use my inhaler for my asthma and stay indoors but that is hard when you have dogs that need to o outside. When I go outside I end up coming back in and laying down for accouple of hours sometime I go to sleep. At night I take hot shower and put a lidocaine patch and take my pain pills.
Like everyone else I have good days and bad days
For me it has with each decade💖
Colleen🌷, mine most defineatly have😕! That’s not a stupid question🌸.. no questions here are stupid🌸🌷.. That’s how we learn from each other😊💜
Agree 100% , worse with age . Aging with fybro also leads to my being less active . For me , when I for force myself to be active , the next day I feel as though I have a flu . Forced myself to go for a bike ride Saturday. Sunday, I slept most of the day , felt beat up . I’m starting a vitamin regimen and trying bone broth diet . 🤷♀️. I’ll try anything. Sick of being sick . My son is getting married Sept 3rd . Praying daily I feel good . Envision my dance with him to keep me going. 🙏🏼.
