The medication’s haven’t agreed with me. So I take CBD and Tylenol for pain and sleep. It’s not 100% but it’s kept me off of the stronger medication’s right now.
Also buying an “infrared” heat pad has been a game changer

Cymbalta, lexapro, meloxicam.. and nausea meds. All my md will do. H

Lyrica, baclofen, tramadol, meloxicam and ambien. Also on stuff for heart, thyroid, type 2, depression
