I have days like that. My hands shake, I lose my ability to grip things. I will just drop stuff randomly.

I have shaken all my life. But it gets worse if I haven't eaten for a while. Maybe look at when the shaking worsens and try upping your blood sugar with some juice or even a piece of candy.
