My arms Shake and like hurt and drop like plates or anything I'm holding. And my legs shake too as well sometimes I feel like I'm going to fall to the ground and it just feels like my whole body is shaking for the day it's not everyday but it's pretty much like every other day. And I'm not sure what's going on if this is a part of fibromyalgia or if this is something else?

Members discussed experiencing shaking and weakness in arms and legs, with many urging the original poster to see a doctor and get an MRI to rule out serious conditions, as not everyone with fibromyalgia experiences these specific symptoms. Several members shared their own experiences, including dropping items, muscle spasms, internal tremors, and leg weakness after minimal activity, with some finding relief through strategies like using two hands to hold objects or quickly bending their knee to stop leg shaking. A recurring theme was the validation that while these symptoms may be part of fibromyalgia for some, the complexity and variability of the disease means it's crucial to seek medical evaluation to understand what's happening in each individual case.

I don't get the shaking of arms and legs. Like Susan said u should check with your doctor if u havent seen one yet. I get like internal tremor and spasm all over my body. When this happens usually it's accompanied by anxiety. This is such a complicated disease .i wish everyone less pain and anxiety. God Bless.

My legs and arms shake, legs more than arms.. they have for about 2 years now.. this was one of my first symptoms along with major hip pain! My arms are just starting now and like yourself I am also forever dropping whatever im holding at the time, it's like my hand just lets go of it! Perhaps it's normal and just part of the fibro? Just not everyone gets these symptoms? But I do know what you mean it is every pain full I find when my legs shake if I bend my knee quickly it helps to stop it.. I hope you find some peace knowing you aren't the only one ❤

I don't have the shaking either but I do have weakness in my hands. I agree that you should see your Dr. There could be other things going on.

You should get an MRI of your brain. It's a serious thing
