Does Anyone Have Lower Back Pain That Radiates To Your Hips?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have pain in my lower back that radiates to my hips, especially my right hip. It is worse when I get up in the morning or after sitting for long periods of time. It gets better once I am up walking unless I walk for long periods of time, then the pain will radiate to both hips.

I get bilateral hip pain at night, but not every night. I get in the afternoon too, but not always. Makes me wonder if food allergies are causing it, or possibly Tramadol. Doing hip exercises consistently help quite a bit. The low back pain always comes with the hip pain with me.
