Goose Bumps And Chills
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi everyone, I'm new to the group. I was wondering if anyone else has a goosebumps/chills feeling often? I feel like I am fighting the flu? This is a symptom I have very often along with rib pain, shoulder pain, elbow and wrist pain.

Yes, seems to happen whether it's hot out cold weather. I have best seen fibromyalgia described as a chronic case of the flu. I've shared that to describe to people who don't have it. I try to keep my skin covered seems the wind or fan can cause that as well.

I sure do in the cooler months. I have a hard time regulating my body temperature. I dress in layers😊 I also deal with flu like symptoms a lot, that includes all the aches and pains.

My skin can hurt! I believe I had a virus in 1983 but after that I never ran a fever since then! Fm messes with our temperature control. I found out here that sweating started in men-o-pause. But it's not from that. I was always cold under an electric blanket and now sheets and light blanket and nekkidd!!
