IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) which is common with Fibromyalgia can cause a lack of appetite. Also opiates like co-codamol, some blood pressure meds and NSAIDs like Ibuprofen. Duloxetine can cause nausea and constipation. I get anorexia intermittently and I have IBS. I don't take any of the mentioned meds.
